When I use the power auger for the footings, I'll need to be careful of the electrical here at the corner.
During a phone call, the client let me know we **CANNOT** move the tub, so the footing has to fit here. We have to be careful of the sprinkler head as well.

Here, some damage to the corner trim (1x4), the bottom drip edge (special profile) and the bottom skirt (1x12)
Pretty extensive damage here.
The door frame here is badly rotted.

I noticed the drywall was soft here, started investigating.
The double stud here is completely gone at the bottom, as is the next regular stud.
Clean margins here. Decided to open the drywall to the next stud.
