Instant Scheduling

Hourly Rate: $95/hour

Settling Up: After I've completed your project and ensured you are satisfied, I'll generate an invoice and send it to the email you used when you signed up. I accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Credit Cards, checks, and cash.

Scheduling: I divide my workdays into two blocks - morning and afternoon - each lasting up to four hours. However, you only pay for the actual time I spend working on your project. If you aren't sure how long a project will take or how much time you should book, please feel free to text or email me with pictures and I'll give you an estimate of the time needed.

Minimum Booking: The shortest project I take on is two hours, but my minimum bill is for one hour. If your project might fit within that timeframe, please text me before scheduling to confirm.

Availability:

  • Monday – Thursday: Hands-on handyman work
  • Friday: Reserved for estimates and consultations (shorter visits available)

Estimates: Simple estimates that only take a few minutes are free. For more complex projects, I will apply the estimate’s cost to your final bill.

Handyman work - up to 2 hours

A two hour block of reserved time for handyman work. You are only charged for the actual hours worked. Please check with Steve before booking to ensure your project will fit.
Handyman work - up to 4 hours
240 min
A four hour block of reserved time for handyman work. You are only charged for the actual hours worked. If you and Steve have determined that your project is larger than four hours, you can reserve multiple blocks.
